Helloes! Today, I’ll give you a view from home. Our freshly painted (in F&B’s Mizzle), partly decorated TV wall. I stopped my decorating self after just one row of paintings etc at the (sloping) ceiling line. The distance betweens this area and the lower one, with TV & co – 5 feet – created a fun twist (which is, sadly, not possible to illustrate in a pic like this) But the point is made, and actually: Who said you should hang paintings at eye level? In the middle of the wall? For sure there’s no such regulation. Paintings and stuff look much more interesting hung really high or really low I think. Where you won’t expect them! This top row is out of sight unless you look upwards. Which is fun. Also it enhaces the ceiling height. Now we’ll see where this decor project leads, it’s put on pause like this.

Quite a few things have happended since the photo shoots actually. One thing: we swapped the dear old roccoco sofa for a comfier one. A gorgeously comfy and handsome piece. Also, we don’t normally have that much IKEA stuff ;) Today’s version of the sofa corner coming up shortly. Happy week!
