My feelings are very warm for typical Stockholm beauties like these. With the wide plank flooring, the tile stove and the generous ceiling height creating such wonderful sense of space. Now real estate agent Fantastic Frank and his crew made me smile again. I adore their creativity! Words can not describe how welcome and needed their approach is, in a Stockholm housing market at full uniformity. Here’s for you lovers of Scandinavian white. In this studio flat (1 room + kitchen) – currently for sale – champagne, a sidelined crystal chandelier, intersected cottage cheese and a kiwi in the bathroom serves as symbols for the typical Stockholm girl who focuses equally much on her career and health, and the fresh brightness at home.

A nice kitchen made ever nicer and certianly more interesting by means of some simple yet imaginative moves. I really like the frame grouping above the kitchen table. And the beautiful wide plank flooring really boosts this all-whiteness.

Here’s the fruits I talked about. Swedish ladies eat lots of fruits. And cottage cheese that’s loaded with protein.

There is a male counterpart to this gal too – here’s a duplex flat for sale showing the life of a rather busy but bon vivant Stockholm yuppie. He is always happy and the sun shines down on him when he’s having breakfast.

Once again, Stockholm estate agent Fantastic Frank has done something really interesting to a flat for sale. I guess this place could have been just one of the crowd. Unnoticed and sad… But nope, njet no! These birds are moving out of their nest, probably to warmer climes, and any other species are welcome to take over.

We’ve mentioned this exciting new real estate agent before; unlike most other estate agents, Fantastic Frank put great effort and care into showing the character of each abode. The idea is to reach those few potential buyers who love the place, rather than the very many who only like it. By extension, this strategy gives the Stockholm housing market a much needed injection of creativity, diversity and beauty. This time, Fantastic Frank tells a story…

Pretty nice kitchen huh? It certainly is white white white, but I like the combination of the slightly country-ish kitchen dressers and the – with a decor term coined by Henen – public toilet style tiles. Do you remember the new cool real estate agent I wrote about a few months ago – Fantastic Frank? They put effort and care into showing the character of each abode, using a stylist and a renowned fashion photographer. They have now opened their office, and these are some pics from a Stockholm apartment currently for sale. I think this BBQ cooktop pic from the kitchen is stunningly delicious:

Food is also frequently used by another inspiring real estate agent I wrote about I a few days ago, Alvhem, but Fantastic Frank has taken the stadging concept one step further – or let’s say in another direction – with the vibe of an in vogue interior magazine.

Oh, I can not help to say,.. the owner has dropped his scarf! As for the ‘red leather glove pic’ below – certainly set with chic interigue – I have some mixed emotions, in terms of styling in real estate advertising. It is kind of hard to imagine the owner saying “Hey, now that you take pics of my flat, would you please make use of my right hand glove?” ;) i.e it’s showy and foremost right out balancing on the ugly vs cool-thread. Brave. Anyho, I unconditionally love its unconventionality (just visit the all-embracing real estate lister Hemnet and compare ads)

You wouldn’t guess these pics derive from a real estate ad, would you? My favourtie pic in this specific ad is undeniably the one below. I’d fancy placing my armchair right there.
