Estate ads are really a gold mine for us furnishing/decor addicts – and Booli Inspiration (with its categorization of rooms and highlighting of the most appreciated rooms) is a way in which they become more readily available.

Although there is no element of competition intended, it lifts the ‘most appreciated interior style’ – which is of interest in itself (trends, preferences, etc) and, moreover, it can give good advice to people who are styling their homes to sell.

Our intention is not to create a competition, we want to help celebrate great homes (that are for sale). Our research have shown that a lot of our users visit our site looking for inspiration, so our thought is: why not create a section specifically for them? From a selling point of view, inspiration is often a good place to start from and we hope to a great source of inspiration for anyone interested in the Swedish real estate market.

There has been a lot of focus on the few conflicts we have had with real estate agents. With a few exceptions we have very good relationships with real estate markets.
