Trendey tells stories in the home decor area, aiming to give you inspiration for a creative, personal and homey home. Trends are the spinning wheel, we have an eye for them, and we love to see things twisted; a bit trend-ey! I guess we could have also named this site Quirkey, as we love things having a peculiar character and decor standing out from the crowd even if only for the sake of it.
International interior decorating is brought to you from a Swedish (and expatriate-Swede now Brit) perspective. The story of this blog is that Mia (on the hunt for a new apartment in Stockholm) and her sister Henen (on the hunt for a house in London, UK) frequently sent each other emails with interior design ideas. Just as blog posts actually. Uploading them to this site was (and still is!) a mere simplification. Lately Henen has been busy renovating her house but we both continuously keep track of – and Mia still share to you all – decor trends & tricks.
