A New Home!

Finally, Mike & I have bought ourselves a new home. After months of seaching, looking, calculating, bidding, loosing, starting all over again, hoping and getting desperate, we found and got our dream apartment. We are so happy! It has 2 bedrooms (of which one will be a combined study room and guest room), a kitchen and a spacy living room, a bathroom, and a balcony! Here’s a sneak peak on the Master Bedroom from the real estate ad. I love making fires (Mum knows, I used to do that as a child..;)) and to my great amusement our new home has a (for now non-functioning) tile stove.

Great news is, starting from around Christmas (when we get access to the apartment) we will no longer need to write hypothetical and theoretical posts on home decor, DIY-projects and things we would love to have. Now we can and will show you what we actually did and do, what we’re planning to do and the results :) Lovely, right? We can start to use the hitherto unused category “trendey homes” i.e. pics and projects from our own homes @trendey. And once Henen and her husband achieve a result in their, equally hard and time-consuming, buying-a-house-project in London, we will have a _massive_ source to pour from. So, stay tuned… :)
